This file represents the ideas that have been suggested by myself or

- restricted IP control
- add ability to limit comments/blocks to specific topics
- modularize the package a bit, extracting links to a seperate module/addon.
- add sections, allow for topics to fall under sections
- rewrite html parser so that contributers have option of html or plain text
  (this will utilize strip_tags()'s allowable_tags parameter in PHP4)
- add printable page / mail story to friend as template variables
